Are you ready to update your basement for extra living space?

Your basement or cellar can be an extension of your home! It should be living space, not just wasted or storage space. Those that have had their basements finished agree that remodeling your basement is a valuable investment. According to Remodeling Magazine’s most recent “Cost vs. Value Report”, on average in Worcester County, remodeling your basement can add as much as $59,000 to the resale value of your home. That is great return on your investment. You can create so many things. Some of the most popular are a game room, play room, work out/exercise room, family room, entertainment area, office area, “man or woman cave”, yeah we said it. The list is long. We believe that a well-designed basement can accommodate all of the above! The CORE team will work with you to design the basement you deserve and envisioned. Thanks to CORE my nightmare has now turned into a beautiful basement and new bathroom. I was impressed so much by their entire team’s professionalism, responsiveness, aptitude to listen to everything that I wanted and their quality of work that I am having CORE rebuild my front porch before winter and scheduling them to build a new deck in the spring. A tip to anyone reading this, sometimes the cheapest choice, ends up being the most expensive option. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
