Water Damage / Insurance Claim Repairs - Ashland MA
Frozen pipes that caused all the walls, parts of the ceiling and all of the ceiling in the garage all to come down. All flooring was damaged. This is the second time this had happened. The first repair was done very poorly and the contractor has since gone out of business. We moved the water lines from the outside wall, properly insulated the pipes and outside walls. Had the repair inspected by the plumbing inspector. Plastered all walls and ceilings. Installed Karndean vinyl plank flooring in downstairs office and Mirage Rightloc pre-finished maple flooring in the main living area. All new trim work throughout, painted all walls, ceilings and trim work using quality Benjamin Moore paints.
