Three Season Room Addition and Deck - Worcester MA

3 Season Room Addition and Deck: Framed 3-season room with knee walls and roofed with asphalt style shingles. The perimeter windows are Provia Gliding style windows with full screens. Two Provia Spectrum full view glass entrance storm doors with retractable better vue screens. We added exits from the 3-season room to the stairs and the other from the 3-season room to the open style deck. We plastered the walls and ceiling, and painted with custom chosen color. We framed deck according to final plans with one stairway to the ground and added a cocktail railing. The trex select decking is the color saddle with black trex transcend post, caps and railings. We installed a Monte Carlo 5 Bladed 44" indoor ceiling fan - blades with Monte Carlo 12" Down rod for Ceiling Fan and we installed MSI Prescott - luxury vinyl plank flooring.
