Client Portal Updates – Phase-by-Phase Communication From the moment your project begins, you’ll have full access to our secure client portal. This is where you’ll receive phase-by-phase updates, schedule milestones, selection confirmations, documents, messaging, and daily logs from our team. The portal keeps everything organized in one place so you always know exactly where your project stands.
How We Keep Your Home and Pets Safe We treat your home with the same care and respect we give our own. Our team uses protective floor coverings, dust barriers, HEPA air filtration, and controlled work zones to minimize disruption. Doors are secured before leaving each day, and we take extra precautions to ensure pets remain safe, including confirming access points, communicating daily entry/exit needs, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment.
How We Keep You Updated Throughout the Project Clear communication is a cornerstone of our Proven Process. Your Project Manager keeps you informed through the client portal, scheduled check-ins, jobsite updates, and weekly summaries. Any changes, questions, or decisions are addressed promptly so you never feel in the dark.
How Often a Project Manager Visits Your Jobsite Your Project Manager is on-site frequently throughout the week to check progress, verify quality, confirm material deliveries, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure everything aligns with the design and scope. These visits are documented in the client portal so you can see exactly what was reviewed and completed.
PPP Meeting (Pre-Production Planning) Before construction begins, we conduct a detailed PPP Meeting to review your plans,timeline, site logistics. This meeting ensures that everyone—design, production, estimating, and you—is aligned on expectations and fully prepared for a smooth build.
End-of-Project Walk-Through At the completion of your project, your Project Manager conducts a full walk-through with you to review every detail. We create a final punch list, address anything that needs attention, and ensure the finished space meets CORE’s highest standards. Your 5-Year Transferable Warranty begins at this time, giving you long-term peace of mind.
