Marlborough, MA – ADU -Basement Remodel

Our team transformed this Marlborough basement into a beautifully designed ADU that combines comfort, function, and style. The new kitchen showcases JSI Craftsman Maple cabinets in Espresso with soft-close doors and drawers, paired with elegant Silestone Blanco City quartz countertops. A Delta Foundations pull-out faucet and stainless steel undermount sink complete the space with a clean, modern look.

Throughout the main living area, we installed COREtec Plus 5" Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in Gold Coast Acacia, offering both warmth and durability. In the bathroom, Coretec Plus Ankara Travertine floating vinyl tile provides a natural stone appearance that’s easy to maintain. The space features a Sterling Accord® 48" x 36" seated shower, Kohler Forte chrome fixtures, a Kohler Highline elongated toilet, and a Zurich Birch vanity with Corian top. Finishing touches include a Kohler Archer mirrored medicine cabinet and a Classic Forte wall sconce, completing this bright, practical, and inviting in-law suite.
