This finished basement in Marlborough, Massachusetts was designed to be both stylish and functional, offering distinct spaces for entertainment, relaxation, and recreation. The open layout includes a comfortable lounging area, game section, and a convenient half bath, making it a perfect extension of the home’s living space.

The main area features St. Johns Berber carpeting for a cozy, inviting feel, while the bathroom is finished with Momentum 6" x 48" Smartloc luxury vinyl click flooring, combining durability with modern appeal.
