Basement Remodel/Renovation - Marlborough MA
Framed in three rooms, two were approximately 13' x 15' and one approximately 10 x 11'. Framed in electrical panel and HVAC area with a service door. Installed 14 recessed LED lights. Insulated exterior walls to code. Walls and ceiling, any rough framing were covered with plaster board and walls plastered to a smooth finish, ceilings textured and wall painted. Luxury Vinyl plank flooring installed in exercise room “Endura Plus” in Oyster Oak. Carpet installed in family room and home office installed “Find Your Comfort TTII” in the color Misty Rain.
