Basement Remodel/Renovation - Northborough MA
Created a 3D rendering for the design phase. We framed in the basement according to final plans, to include general living space and work out area. We also framed in electrical panel and HVAC area with service door. Installed three energy star rated basement hopper windows. Installed one insulated steel exterior door with brushed nickel hardware and bolt lock, leading to bulk head. Installed one Mitsubishi mini-split heating/cooling system. Carpet main living area and stairs is Ariel View carpet. We also installed 2 x 2' panel drop ceiling in main living area.
