This stunning basement renovation in Milford, MA transformed an unfinished space into a sophisticated and highly functional retreat. The remodel includes a wet bar, living room, exercise room, bathroom, and a custom wine cellar (designed by Peter Oikle of Signature Custom Wine Cellars of New England).

Recessed LED lighting was installed throughout to create an inviting atmosphere, and a Mitsubishi mini-split system with Nest integration ensures year-round comfort with efficient heating and cooling.

In the wet bar area, we installed JSI Trenton Recessed cabinetry in a soft ivory finish with soft-close doors and drawers, paired with elegant Colonial Ivory granite countertops. The space is beautifully lit by Bridlewood 40" W Gray and Nickel pendant lighting over the peninsula.

The gym features premium sport flooring, while the main basement area showcases MSI Hatfield luxury vinyl tile for a seamless and durable finish. The stairs were carpeted in River’s Edge Bran Flakes, adding warmth and texture.

The newly remodeled bathroom includes a Sterling 36" Vikrell White Curve Shower, Kohler Highline elongated toilet, and a Fairmount 30" Napa vanity in Sonoma Sand with open shelving, a ceramic sink top, and a Kohler widespread faucet.
