The team framed the interior and exterior foundation walls according to the final approved 3D rendering plans, making precise structural adjustments to accommodate the new bathroom located in the back left corner of the basement, including professional concrete cutting for plumbing access.

The new bathroom features a Swanstone Tundra shower surround with a recessed shampoo shelf, white shower base, and a Kohler Levity 60" frameless glass door for a modern, open look. Fixtures include brushed nickel Kohler Forte sculpted trim, metal master shower hose, Awaken 3-Function 2.0 hand shower, and a round rain showerhead. Completing the space is a white Kohler Corbelle elongated toilet and a 36" Taylor Alder Heather 5-piece vanity with a Carrera marble top and white oval ceramic undermount sink, paired with a brushed nickel Kohler Forte faucet featuring sculpted handles. Two Kohler Forte single wall sconces in brushed nickel add warm, balanced lighting.

For flooring, the basement stairs were carpeted in Top Sail (Galvanize color, Hollywood style), and the main level was upgraded with Phoenix Impulse Smartlock luxury vinyl plank flooring in Arrowroot, combining style, comfort, and durability.
