Basement with Bathroom Remodel/Renovation - Rutland MA
CORE Remodeling Services, Inc. successfully framed the interior and exterior foundation walls as per the final approved 3D rendering plans. Adjustments were made to accommodate the new bathroom in the back left corner of the basement, involving precise concrete cutting. The new bathroom boasts a Swanstone Tundra shower surround with a recessed shampoo shelf complemented by a white shower base and a sleek Levity 60" 3/8" Glass Frameless shower door. The shower features Brush nickel Kohler Forte Sculpted trim, a master shower metal hose, an Awaken 3-Func 2.0 hand shower, and a contemporary round rain showerhead. Additionally, a Kohler White Corbelle Elongated Toilet Bowl was installed. The renovation also included a new 36" Taylor Alder Heather 5-piece vanity with a white Carrera Marble top and a white oval ceramic undermount sink paired with a brushed nickel Kohler Forte Faucet with sculpted handles. To enhance the ambiance, two brushed nickel Kohler Forte Single Wall Sconces were added. The basement stairs were covered in Top Sail carpet in the Galvanize color in the Hollywood installation style, while the basement floor was upgraded with Phoenix Impulse Smartlock Luxury Vinyl wood plank flooring in the Arrowroot shade.
