This Sturbridge, MA basement remodel by CORE Remodeling Services transformed an underutilized space into a warm and functional retreat with a fully finished bedroom, family room, and newly added bathroom.

In the bathroom, we installed a Sterling Accord 60" x 36" x 74-1/4" Vikrell shower with seat, enclosed by a Delta Trinsic 60" wide sliding semi-frameless shower door with clear glass. The shower features a Moen multifunction hand shower with slide bar, along with a Moen 1/2" IPS Posi-Temp pressure balancing rough-in valve and a Moen Brantford single-handle fixture in oil-rubbed bronze for a sophisticated and functional bathing experience.

The bathroom vanity is a JSI Amesbury White unit topped with an Iced White Quartz countertop, complete with backsplash, two side splashes, and an oval sink fitted with a Moen Brantford 1.2 GPM widespread faucet in oil-rubbed bronze. Coordinating accessories include a Moen Brantford double-post toilet paper holder, 24" towel bar, and towel ring, all in the same finish.

To complete the look, we installed an oil-rubbed bronze Foremost 30" x 24" framed bathroom mirror and the Richter 22" wide bronze and glass 3-light bath fixture, adding both function and charm. The toilet is a Kohler Highline® elongated comfort height bowl (K4199) for enhanced comfort.

Throughout the bedroom, bathroom, and family room, we laid MSI Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring in Bayhill Blonde, including 12 LVP stair treads for a seamless, cohesive look that blends durability with natural beauty.
