Basement with Bathroom Remodel/Renovation- Sturbridge MA
Finished basement and added a bathroom. We installed a Sterling Accord 60" x 36" x 74-1/4" Vikrell shower with seat. We installed a Delta Trinsic 60" Wide Sliding Semi Frameless Shower Door with Clear Glass. The shower fixtures are by Moen multi function Hand Shower with Slide Bar. Moen1/2 Inch IPS Posi-Temp Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve and a Moen Brantford single handle in Oil Rubbed Bronze. The bathroom vanity is JSI Amesbury White with an Iced white Quartz countertop, backsplash with two side splashes and oval sink with a Moen Brantford 1.2 GPM widespread bathroom faucet in oil bronzed. For the accessories we have installed a Moen Double Post Toilet Paper Holder, Moen 24" Towel Bar and a Moen Towel Ring all from the Brantford Collection. We finished with the Oil Rubbed Bronze Foremost 30" x 24" Framed Bathroom Mirror and Richter 22" Wide Bronze and Glass 3-Light Bath Light. Kohler K4199 KOHLER Highline® Elongated Comfort Height Toilet bowl. For flooring we Installed MSI Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the bedroom, bathroom, and family room in MSI Bayhill Blonde with 12 LVP stair treads also in LVP Bayhill Blonde.
