We demoed the entire bathroom down to the studs. We then framed and built a new closet according to the plans and added pocket doors.
We installed a custom curbless tiled shower. We used MSI Pietra Carrara 12X24 in Matte for the bathroom floor and shower wall tile and MSI Pietra Carrara 12x24 Polished for the bathroom flooring with an OATEY Design line 32” Stainless Steel Linear Shower Drain with Tile-In Pattern Drain Cover. The shower door is custom - 48 L x 78 H x 1/2 inch thick, tempered fixed glass shower panel with gold hardware and installed with the upgrades of low-iron and protective coating. The shower fixtures are by Delta. Delta Dryden Temp-Assure 17T Series Thermostatic Shower System with Integrated Volume Control, Shower Head, and Hand Shower Delta Universal Showering Components Adjustable Wall Mounted Hand Shower Holder all in Champagne Bronze.
The vanity countertops are Hanstone Mercer Quartz, 3 cm polished with a 2” backsplash. We installed a 27” vanity sink base with a Toto undermount bathroom sink and 36” ADA vanity with an undermount sink and a plumbing skirt in Painted Vanilla. The finishing touches on the vanity we added Brass Hardware pulls. The vanity faucets are by Delta - Dryden Single Hole Bathroom Faucet with Diamond Seal Technology in Champagne Bronze. We also installed a 20’ x40’ Kohler recessed mirror and a 20x40 Gold Mirror. The three vanity sconces are Greta 21” high warm brass wall with a linen shade.
We finished the bathroom with Delta Dryden accessories. Delta Dryden - Pivoting Tissue Holder, Towel Ring, Double Robe hook, 42” grab bar, and a 12” grab bar. We also installed an Amba Radiant Hardwired Stainless-Steel Towel Warmer and a Kohler Highline Toilet with a soft close seat. We built custom shelving in teak and a teak bench.
