Bathroom Remodel/Renovation - Marlborough MA
Demo of bathroom and created from 3D rendering design. Installed Dreamline Prime 76-3/4 High x 33" wide x33 Deep Sliding Semi Frameless Shower Enclosure with White Back Walls and a Frameport Frosted Privacy Glass 24 Inch by 80 Inch 1 Lite Interior Slab Passage Door. For the trim kit we used Equinox Blance Valve Trim BK, Pressure Balance valve kit with 5 spray 2-in 1 shower with hose. Installed a River View 30"x21" Open Shelf Vanity with White 31" x 22" Ceramic Vanity Top and finished it off with a beautiful Ambiance Lighted Medicine Cabinet. The flooring is luxury vinyl 12x12 Ivory EQ 10 Glazed Exquisite Porcelain with Schluter Radiant Floor Heating System with programable thermostat. Also, installed a new replacement energy star window. The finishing touches with brush nickel London accessories.
