Bathroom Remodel Upton - MA
Installed a 60" single bowl Vanity Cabinet Door style 310 in Painted Silk from Waypoint with hardware from Wayfair. We built a custom valance above the vanity with LED strip lighting. The countertop is Calcutta Zion with a 4” backsplash pencil edging and a rectangular undermount sink. Installed a Kingston Brass KB951FL Royale 1.2 GPM widespread bathroom faucet with pop-up drain. The vanity doors are to have glass inserts. For accessories we installed Savina modern & contemporary mirror. Kingston Brass BA7971C English Vintage 24" towel bar and a Miseno MNOTP700CP Bella Toilet Paper Holder. The toilet is a Kohler K-3658-0 elongated comfort height two piece from the Highline collection.
Tub is by American Standard 2946.102.011 Studio 60" x 32" Alcove soaking bathtub with right drain. The tub/shower door is by Anzzi SD-AZ8074-01 58" High x 34" wide hinged frameless. Shower fixtures are from Kohler: Kohler Awaken 1.75 GPM multi function shower head model: K-23218-G-CP polished chrome, Kohler K-TLS395-4S-CP Devonshire rub and shower trim package - less shower head Kohler K-8304-K-NA. The side shower walls are tiled with Equipe; Artisan Series; 2-1/2" x 8" White; for the back shower wall the Crystile Wave Series Soft Mint Tile. We added corner shelves from Jeffrey Court Morning Fresh in White 7.625 in. x 7.625 in. Polished Marble. Bright White Grout Home depot.
Bathroom flooring is by Karndean Korlok select Glenmore Oak 56"X 9.
