This Westborough, MA exterior renovation gave the home a dramatic curb appeal upgrade with replacement windows, new front entry doors, a custom portico, faux stone accents, CertainTeed vinyl siding, clear cedar shingles, PVC trim, and new seamless gutters and downspouts.

As part of the renovation, most of the home’s older windows were replaced with ProVia Endure lifetime warranty windows, improving both appearance and long-term performance. The two front entry doors were also replaced with ProVia Heritage fiberglass doors in Mountain Berry Red, creating a bold focal point at the front of the home.

To enhance the front elevation, a new portico was added and finished with PVC millwork and faux stone panels for a more substantial, custom look. A new roof was also built over the bow window, helping tie the architectural details together while improving the overall exterior design.

The siding portion of the project combined multiple materials to create depth and visual interest.
