Farmer’s Porch Remodel – Charlton, MA

This Charlton, MA home received a stunning upgrade with the addition of a classic farmer’s porch that completely transformed the front elevation. Built to enhance both curb appeal and functionality, the new porch creates a warm and inviting outdoor space while tying seamlessly into the home’s existing style.

The porch features Trex decking and railing in Saddle Brown, chosen for its durability, timeless color, and low-maintenance performance. To ensure a clean, polished finish, all of the exposed trim was crafted from composite materials, eliminating the upkeep of traditional wood. Above, a vinyl beadboard ceiling was installed to add character and bring that authentic New England farmhouse charm.

For added convenience and comfort, the project also included ProVia Spectrum Full View storm doors with retractable screens, allowing fresh air to flow while keeping the entry protected. New energy-efficient vinyl replacement windows were installed as part of the remodel, enhancing both the appearance and overall comfort of the home.
