Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel/Renovation - Rutland MA
Renovated a kitchen and bathroom within the same footprint. We stripped the kitchen and bathroom down to the studs.
Kitchen: kitchen cabinets we installed Waypoint 470F Maple Cognac, includes 2 floating shelves and mounting hardware. The hardware is from Hardware Resources, Florence knobs for wall cabinet doors and Somerset pulls for base doors all in Matte Black. The countertops and backsplash are in Sahara Beige Quartz. We installed a new Twister 28" 400 cfm Insert Range Hood with LED Lights in Stainless Steel by Zephyr. (it’s inside the upper cabinets) The sink is a “Truffle” Blanco Precis 33" Undermount Double Basin SILGRANIT and the faucet is Kingston Brass 1.8 GPM Widespread with side spray. We installed MSI luxury vinyl plank flooring in Brookline color. The lighting in the kitchen is all recessed lighting.
Bathroom: Double vanity is by Waypoint 470F Maple Cognac with Florence knobs in black matte from Hardware Resources. The vanity top is Sahara Beige Quartz. The vanity faucets are Moen Double Handle Widespread from the Brantford Collection. The mirrors are Delta Modern Contemporary frameless mirrors and we custom framed them with Wayfair Maple Cognac trim to match the cabinets. For the tub we installed a Kohler Archer Three Wall Alcove Soaking Tub with Left Hand drain and integral apron, and the walls are Wilson Art Staccato wet wall. The Shower fixtures and accessories are all by Moen the Brantford Collection in brushed nickel. The shower door is by Dreamline Aqua 58" High x 60" wide hinged frameless tub door with clear glass. The flooring is Prescot Akadia Luxury vinyl plank flooring by MSI.
We also replaced exterior doors, windows and exterior lights that aren’t pictured on the website. We also built a portico over the garage entrance with a motion sensor light.
