This full home remodel transformed both the kitchen and bathroom in Rutland, MA, stripping the rooms to the studs and rebuilding with modern finishes, high-quality cabinetry, and upgraded fixtures.
The kitchen was redesigned for style and efficiency, featuring Waypoint 470F Maple Cognac cabinets with matte black Florence knobs and Somerset pulls from Hardware Resources. Two floating shelves add open storage, tying into the cabinetry’s warm tones.
Durable Sahara Beige Quartz countertops and backsplash complement the cabinetry, while recessed LED lighting brightens the entire space. A Zephyr Twister 28" Insert Range Hood (400 CFM with integrated LED) provides ventilation without disrupting clean lines.
The cooking zone is anchored by a Blanco Precis 33" Undermount Double Basin SILGRANIT sink in Truffle, paired with a Kingston Brass faucet with side spray for convenience.
Flooring was upgraded with MSI Brookline luxury vinyl plank (LVP) — a durable, low-maintenance surface that balances the modern look.

The bathroom mirrors the kitchen’s rich tones with a Waypoint 470F Maple Cognac double vanity and Sahara Beige Quartz vanity top. Fixtures from the Moen Brantford Collection in brushed nickel provide timeless appeal, while custom framed Delta Contemporary mirrors in matching Maple Cognac trim add cohesion.
The bathing area features a Kohler Archer soaking tub with Wilson Art Staccato wet wall surround for water resistance and style. A Dreamline Aqua frameless tub door with clear glass opens the space, while Moen Brantford shower fixtures complete the design.
Flooring was finished with MSI Prescot Akadia LVP, chosen for its water resistance and modern look.

Beyond the kitchen and bathroom, CORE Remodeling Services also installed new exterior doors, windows, and lighting, plus a portico over the garage entrance with a motion-sensor light for security and curb appeal.
