This project features a fully ADA-compliant, wheelchair-accessible porch and deck designed to provide safe, comfortable access for a local war veteran. The large porch includes a gently graded accessibility ramp, topped with durable Trex® Pebble Grey composite decking and finished with Harvey Titan Pro white composite/PVC railings for long-lasting performance.
A custom portico roof with recessed ceiling lighting, an outdoor ceiling fan, and upgraded motion-activated exterior lighting ensures visibility, comfort, and year-round usability.
The new entryway features a ProVia Heritage fiberglass French door with internal grids, a lever-style handle for ease of use, and an ADA-compliant threshold to provide smooth, barrier-free access.
