Home Addition with Laundry, Bath & Mudroom in Hudson, MA

This Hudson, MA home addition project included the construction of a new laundry room, half bathroom, mudroom, and a welcoming front portico entrance. The laundry room features white storage cabinets and a quartz-top folding table with space below for laundry baskets. In the mudroom, we added a coat closet and custom bench seating for convenience. The new half bath includes a Bertch white vanity with quartz countertop, Kohler Kelston faucet and accessories, and a Kohler Corbelle elongated toilet.

Outside, we installed ProVia energy-efficient windows and a new exterior door, upgraded the deck with TimberTech composite decking and white railings, and extended the roof over the stairs with a new Techno Post helical pile footing. The home’s exterior was finished with composite trim and Hardie board siding, along with new rain gutters for improved drainage.
