Exterior upgrades include ProVia energy-efficient windows, a new exterior entry door, and a refreshed deck built with TimberTech composite decking and white railings. A new Techno Post helical pile footing supports the extended roof over the stairway, enhancing both safety and curb appeal. The entire addition was completed with durable composite trim, Hardie board siding, and new gutters to ensure long-lasting performance and improved drainage.
