As part of this renovation, all exterior and interior window casings were removed, along with the existing electrical outlet, which was carefully relocated. The exterior wall was opened and fully demoed, including the complete removal of window components. The area was then framed in to meet current code requirements.

To accommodate workspace needs and the new patio door installation, a section of the interior wall was cut and removed to the appropriate height and width. Baseboard removal and replacement was completed where necessary to ensure a clean, finished look.

We installed a ProVia Endure patio door with energy-efficient glass, hardware, and Energy Star certification, along with the necessary electrical work for a new exterior light and interior switch. All interior plaster and trim were repaired, and paint was carefully matched to existing finishes for a seamless result.

To complete the project, we built a small Trex composite deck, finished with RDI Titan Pro white composite railings, offering both durability and a low-maintenance solution.
