Basement Remodel with Kitchen & Full Bath – Charlton, MA

This Charlton, MA basement renovation added immense value and livable space with a complete transformation, including a full kitchen, modern bathroom, luxurious walk-in shower, and durable new flooring throughout.

In the kitchen, sleek Waypoint 650F black cabinets with Satin Nickel Leyton Asymmetrical pulls from Hardware Resources deliver bold style and modern edge. The countertops are Jet Mist Honed Granite, perfectly complemented by a White Oak 3D honed stacked stone backsplash from MSI. A Blanco Precis 30" Undermount SILGRANIT Sink in Anthracite is paired with a Delta 9159-BL-DST Trinsic Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Magnetic Docking Spray, creating a high-performance workspace in a compact layout.

The full bathroom mirrors the kitchen’s high-end feel, featuring a matching Waypoint 650F black vanity with Leyton pulls and Jet Mist Honed Granite countertops. A Kohler Verticyl 19-13/16" Rectangular Undermount Sink with vertical sides is paired with a Hansgrohe Rebris E 1.2 GPM Widespread Faucet in a sleek finish. Lighting is provided by the Kneeland 2-light dimmable bath bar in Black Chrome. Anchoring the space is a Kohler Highline Black Elongated Chair Height Toilet in Vibrant Titanium, paired with a Maeve 30" x 20" Arched Flat Aluminum Wall-Mounted Mirror by Design House. The look is completed with a Kingston Brass Markus 5-Piece Bathroom Accessory Set in Black, including towel bars, robe hook, and toilet paper holder.

The walk-in shower showcases premium finishes, starting with a Pfister Tenet Pressure Balanced Shower System, which includes a hand shower, slide bar, arm, hose, and valve trim. The floor is finished in Arabescato Carrara 1” Hexagon Honed Tile, paired with a Kohler Clerflo Square Tile-In Drain. The walls feature Montauk Black 18x36 Gauged Tile by MSI, and the threshold is completed with a Black Granite 4x36x.75 Double Bevelled Honed Stone. For a refined look, we added a Pana Light 6x84x.75 Polished Stone Jamb and installed a Miseno Violeta 74" x 60" Hinged Frameless Shower Door with Clear Glass (Model: MSD6074-CLH-FB).

Throughout the basement, we installed Prescott Sandino Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring by MSI, including matching stair treads. This flooring offers exceptional durability, waterproof protection, and a wood-like finish that beautifully complements the overall aesthetic.
