How long does a Basement remodel take?

Our average basement project remodel timeframe from the signed “final” contract, (this is after the design process) is approximately 16 weeks to completion. The design process and what has been chosen to do with your basement can take some time as well. Some things that may make the project longer than the 16 weeks are “unknowns” and change orders. All existing new remodels must be built to today’s building codes and opening existing walls can have unknowns behind them. I have added the famous emotional roller coaster remodeling project page here. 😊 Most of our customers find this extremely helpful during a remodel.

What does a Basement remodel cost?

The cost of your basement remodel depends on what you would like to have completed. For instance, you can have a basic basement for around 55k plus, a midlevel basement 75K plus and an upscale basement approximately 95K plus. See our cost to remodel guidelines here.
