Basement Remodel/Renovation w/Exercise room - Boxborough MA
Framed in basement and added an exercise room. Custom built-in shelves. Installed two recessed wall electric heaters w/ thermostat control. Installed recessed LED lights. Insulated exterior walls to code. Any rough framing was covered with plaster board and walls plastered to a smooth finish, ceilings textured and walls painted. Basement walls painted with Sherwin Williams cashmere eggshell and Gym paint gray harbor and mindful gray. Trim and doors were painted with Regal Select White. Luxury Vinyl plank flooring installed in exercise room MSI Prescott - AKADIA in the size of 7.13X48.03. Carpet installed on stairs.
